Emergency Deployment Program

INTREN has developed an Emergency Deployment Program to respond to emergency storm needs. This program has established a unique process to meet our customers’ needs, arriving on site in a safe and timely manner. This program consists of highly trained support teams, pre-stocked line trucks with GPS and storm trailers with extra tooling and supplies.

Equipping our trucks with GPS and mobile dispatching capabilities gives our crews an upper hand when dispatched, giving our teams the capability and manpower wherever needed. This capability gives INTREN the ability to send a team of up to 200 workers to any place a natural disaster has occurred.

Storm Emergency

Our top-notch INTREN storm team is constantly ready to get crews on the road to any region affected by natural disasters, including hurricanes, tornados, flooding, ice storms, earthquakes, and fires. Whatever nature throws at us, we are ready. On-call LIVE 24/7, INTREN is there for emergency storm response and restoration.

For help, call 815-923-2300 and let our operators know that you have a storm emergency. If you are calling before 7:00 AM CST or after 5:00 PM CST, enter extension 4 to be transferred to our 24-hour call center where an INTREN representative will direct your call to personnel who can assist you.
